- Prep: Wash your face and complete your normal nighttime skincare routine. DO NOT apply creams or serums on the forehead area.
- Apply: Gently smooth out any forehead creases with your fingers, stretch the patch slightly, and press it firmly onto clean, dry skin.
- Sleep: Wear overnight (6–8 hours) for optimal micro-smoothing results.
- Reveal: Gently peel off in the morning from edge to edge to reveal smooth, plump skin.
